Legacy’s Customer Response

Most HVAC contractors find summer to be the busiest season of the year, often leading to requests for service from new customers and increased needs of existing customers. Summer also means that many of our technicians like to take family vacations when their children are out of school. Good technicians are hard to find and remain our most valuable asset for running a successful and profitable company.

So, how do we keep customers up and running during this busy time?

Proper maintenance of existing customers’ equipment helps fight the need for emergency service during peak times. Keeping you, our customer, aware of the life expectancy of your equipment and planning on replacement before it becomes an emergency helps you budget for these costs and avoid the peak season of higher replacement and repair costs. Equipment is usually harder to obtain during the summer months, as many units have been promised to upcoming school districts projects. Equipment manufacturers may offer a product sooner at an increased cost to deliver when needed.

Bottom line: It’s always better to plan than react.

With new customers, who we want to help and retain, we always want to be honest with you as to our current response times and will always share the advantages of proper maintenance. Over-promising and under-delivering is not in our nature. We strive to be known as the reliable, professional and honest partner you can trust and rely on.
