Leadership Team

Scott holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder before entering the field in 1998. Six years later, and with experience gained as project manager on major projects such as Denver International Airport, he joined three partners in founding Legacy Mechanical, Inc. (LMI). Scott’s ability to facilitate collaboration among three union trades, owners, architects and engineers has fueled LMI’s growth and earned the company numerous ACE Awards. He has been actively involved in green building and sustainability engineering since the mid-1990s and now holds the advanced LEED AP Building Designed and Construction credential. That expertise has contributed to LMI clients’ garnering LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver awards, as well as Green designations.

Scott is on the Board of Directors for both RMMCA and SMACNA Colorado Boards.
